OKSCCA Board/Membership Meeting Minutes

July 1, 2013

Board members present were Gary Brown, Al Donovan, John Ederer, Jeff Norris, Bob Seelig, Michelle Seelig, and Keith Voyles. Scott Bauman, SOLO co-chair, was also present.

Gary reported $3109.34 in the checking account. Savings account balance is $6672.00.

Michelle motioned to accept treasurer’s report, Bob seconded; motion carried.

          153 members as of June.

          Jeff motioned to accept June meeting minutes, Al seconded; motion         carried.

          Major at High Plains Raceway is this weekend, July 6-7.

          Event #5 6/30: 89 entries.

          Event #6 is 8/25.

Gary motioned to accept report, Michelle seconded; motion carried.

Rocky reported that Rick Myers at National office will fix our web link.

Al reported all SOLO events are now posted on motorsportsreg.com.

Mayur submitted his resignation. Michelle motioned to accept his resignation, Gary seconded; motion carried.

Gary nominated Larry Bower to fill the vacancy on the board, Jeff seconded; motion carried.

Michelle nominated Patty Topp as treasurer, Jeff seconded; motion carried.

The board requested the annual banquet be held at Cattlemen’s again. Michelle will check availability.

Michelle motioned to adjourn, John seconded; meeting adjourned. Next meeting August 5, 2013, 7:00 pm.
